To ensure safe, efficient, and compliant crane operations, please review the following guidelines before booking with Radius Crane & Rigging:

• Site Access & Setup
  
  • We are happy to review your project site in advance to confirm crane access and setup feasibility.
  • Our operator has the final say regarding travel, access, setup, and crane operations on site. Please respect their expertise and decisions.

• Weather Conditions
  
  • For safety reasons, we reserve the right to cancel a rental due to unsafe weather, including high winds or lightning.
  • Cancellations may occur up until 6:00 a.m. on the day of the scheduled work.

• Rigging Responsibility
  
  • Renters are responsible for any damage to slings or rigging caused by their climbers or ground personnel.

• Load Charts & Dimensions
  
  • It is the renter’s responsibility to review crane dimensions and load charts in advance.
  • Please contact us with any questions prior to your rental to avoid delays.

• Job Site Information
  
  • At the time of booking, provide the complete job site address. This allows us to secure any required permits, escort vehicles, or bonds.

• Insurance Requirements
  
  • A current Certificate of Insurance (COI) and Hold Harmless Agreement must be on file before work begins.
  • The Certificate must name John W. Field Tree Service, Inc. as an additional insured under the contractor’s General Liability policy for the duration of the project.
